How fun are cards made with the Lawn Fawn Reveal Wheel Dies? These dies and the coordinating Reveal Wheel Sentiments stamp set are brilliant! They make it so easy to make these interactive cards. And there are so many add-ons. Here I used the Speech Bubble Add-On. There are several window and stamp options, including a new Christmas sentiment stamp set.
Tennis Theme Vinyl Decorated Stemless Wine Glasses
I posted a couple of these glasses on Instagram a while ago. I had made them to thank our tennis captains at the end of our winter season. This weekend we had a fundraiser tournament and I was asked to create a set of four tennis related wine glasses for a wine basket that was being auctioned off. I used a Silhouette Cameo 3 to make these but you don’t have to have a Cameo to cut vinyl. You can use whatever dies and punches (yes, punches!) you have. Butterflies and letter dies would make great glass designs.
Shaker Card with Concord & 9th Double-Cut Alphabet Dies
Today’s card is masculine enough for a guy and fun with the shaker element. I combined Concord & 9th’s Double-Cut Alphabet Dies with some Stampin’ Up! Paper that is just gorgeous.
Hello Card with Altenew Painted Butterflies
Butterfly stamps are some of my favorites. This Painted Butterflies stamp set from Altenew is currently my favorite because of how beautiful the layers are and how easy they are to use.
Hey There Cupcake with Concord & 9th
Have you seen the Concord &9th turnabout stamps? They are so cool! They allow you to quickly create a background pattern using colors of your choice. For today’s card I used the Sprinkles Turnabout Stamp Set. You can also purchase a bundle with dies in it. I hope to post a video in the near future but, in the meantime, you can watch the Concord & 9th instruction video for the Mosaic Turnabout stamp HERE. The process is exactly the same.
Birthday Card with More Rustic Wildflowers
Hello! It’s been a while! I have come to the conclusion that this is just the way it’s going to be. A few posts fairly close together and then a long absence. Life has a way of interfering with my plans.
For today’s card I used the More Rustic Wildflowers stamp set and coordinating dies from MFT. The set comes with several different flower styles in a couple of different sizes, so you have a lot of versatility with your flower arrangements. I actually made this card several weeks ago while I was on vacation. I only took Distress Inks with me and didn’t have enough colors so I ended up buying new inks (had to, you know 😉) at a nearby Hobby Lobby. I don’t think I had never used chalk inks so I purchased a 12-pack of VersaMagic Dew Drop Chalk Ink Pads. The colors in this set are bright and cheery. I used are Mango, Pink Grapefruit, Red Magic, Tea Leaves, Hint Of Pesto, and Midnight Black. I really like how these inks stamped and they are water based, pigment, embossable, archival inks. I stamped the background dots with one of the stamps in the flower stamp set in the Midnight Black ink. The sentiment is from the Hero Arts Happy Stamp & Cut. I also used the Die-namics Stitched Rectangle STAX (A2 Set 1) to cut the gray rectangle and the inside cut-out.
