Hello! This my second to last Christmas card post. For this cute gingerbread card I used Hero Arts’ Christmas Gingerbread Cookies stamp set and coordinating dies. I stamped the cookies with Versamark ink onto white cardstock, heat embossed them with white embossing powder, and ink blended them with Distress Oxide inks in Tea Dye first and then Vintage photo just around the edges.
Gnomes are really in this Christmas. I had placed an order for the Simon Says Stamp November Kit which included gnome dies, a stamp set with fun gnome and tree images as well as sentimens, cardstock and envelopes, a Life Changing blender brush and a few other goodies. My order was taking so long to get shipped (I guess because kits go out at the end of the month) that I felt I would not have time to post projects with it before Christmas came and went (lots of travel for me this month). So I decided to look for an alternative so that I could satisfy my gnome craving before Christmas.
I’ve had some fun playing with The Stamp Market’s Hip Hip Hooray stamps and dies. At first glance it’s a basic set but there is so much you can do with it. I have a couple more cards that I will post individually. This first one is a simple shaker card that I think is very classy and can be gender neutral depending on the shaker bits.
