Hi! There was an issue with my Mini-Delight subscription so I’m getting three of them pretty close together, hence my last post with the Mini Delight: Birthday Love and this post back to back. The Mini-Delight I used for these cards is called Mini-Delight: Victorian. The next one is supposed to start shipping July 15.
The first idea that came to mind when I got this set was to use it for a welcome card for new neighbors. We moved to our current house three years ago and we have had four new neighbors move in right around us.
I was going to use the Summer Sherbet 6 Mini Cube Set again because I absolutely love it, but I thought you might like to see different colors. I used four colors from The Stamp Market: Party Pink, Citrine, Cactus Green, and Tropic Teal, as well as Memento Tuxedo Black Ink to stamp the houses and sentiment. The stamp set I used for the sentiment is called Bold & Brushy and is from Concord & 9th. It is really easy to stamp these letters side by side, which is a must for me. I added a little detail to the letters with a Gelly Roll White Gel Pen.
The pattern in the upper portion of the card is stamped with the Criss Cross Background Stamp from The Stamp Market and grey ink but there is a paper in their Color Crush Patterns Paper Pack that has the same pattern in black. The black cardstock is Black Licorice from Lawn Fawn.
I will have another post with the July Mini-Delight after I get it but up next I have a video with some Concord & 9th products. See you soon!
