Hello! Do you have an electronic die-cutting machine? The more I learn about my Silhouette Cameo, the more I like it. A while back I watched several YouTube videos at Kristen // k.becca and I wanted to give glitter pens a try. Silhouette carries its own line of pens but, although they work great, I wanted to try glitter and metallic pens from other brands. There are a couple of adapters that allow you to use any pen you like. I bought the Chomas Pen Holder and a set of Gelly Roll Metallic Pens that I picked up at Michaels. The Silhouette pen adapter set has adapters for several pen and marker sizes.
Hi, there! Today’s cards are a little bit different. I made them using my Silhouette Cameo and a digital cut file from Scrapbook.com called Home Sweet Home. I have the Cameo 3 but the Cameo 4 is the new model and it’s ON SALE! at Swing Design). The digital cut file is also on sale right now for only $2.99! In addition to the rainbow, clouds, sun and sentiments I used, the cut file has a flower box with flowers and leaves that you can cut separately, a house, a “Hugs” sentiment with a shadow, and much more.
Gnomes are really in this Christmas. I had placed an order for the Simon Says Stamp November Kit which included gnome dies, a stamp set with fun gnome and tree images as well as sentimens, cardstock and envelopes, a Life Changing blender brush and a few other goodies. My order was taking so long to get shipped (I guess because kits go out at the end of the month) that I felt I would not have time to post projects with it before Christmas came and went (lots of travel for me this month). So I decided to look for an alternative so that I could satisfy my gnome craving before Christmas.
