The tags that come in the Tin Of Tags Project Kit are beautiful and I highly recommend the kit (see below) but, if you only have the stamp set or just want to create some easy tags from some scraps of cardstock, here are some easy tags you can make with the Tin Of Tags Photopolymer Stamp Set.
I used two colors of cardstock: Soft Sky 8-1/2″ X 11″ Cardstock and Island Indigo 8-1/2″ X 11″ Cardstock. I also used the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch and a corner rounder (you can use any but I used my favorite one which is the one on the Envelope Punch Board). The snowflakes are all stamped with Versamark Ink and heat embossed with Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder. The sentiments on the Soft Sky cardstock are also embossed but the ones on the Island Indigo cardstock are just stamped with Island Indigo Ink. I sponged a little bit of this ink around the edges of the Soft Sky tags to add a little interest.
I recommend cutting 2″ strips of cardstock (the width of the tags), stamping the snowflakes all over the strips, and then cutting the strips to the desired tag size. You can also cut your sentiment strips to match the sentiment height and longer than needed, stamp all of them, and emboss all of them at one time. Attach each sentiment centered on the corresponding tag and trim off the excess. I made my tag lengths proportionate to the sentiments but you could cut all the tags to the same length.
