Hi! There was an issue with my Mini-Delight subscription so I’m getting three of them pretty close together, hence my last post with the Mini Delight: Birthday Love and this post back to back. The Mini-Delight I used for these cards is called Mini-Delight: Victorian. The next one is supposed to start shipping July 15.
Hello! Today’s video shows how I made four cards with Altenew’s Mini Delight: Birthday Love stamp and die set. You can subscribe to the Mini-Delight Monthly Subscription or buy each set individually. Links to all the products is below the video. Enjoy!
Stopping in for a quick, late night post today. I’m also working on a video to post tomorrow. This should have been one too but thinks went awry :(. If you still need a card for Valentine’s Day, maybe this post will help (or tomorrow’s video). The stamps and dies are the Little Love Tags BUNDLE from Concord & 9th. I used the Altenew Wavy Grid Stencil with Candied Apple Distress Oxide Ink to add a little interest to the front panel. The beautiful confetti (the pictures don’t do it justice) is from a four-pack from Nuvo called Cross My Heart.
Hello, my sweet friends! The Ruffled Flowers stamps and dies from Altenew are not new but I can’t seem to get enough of them. I did not use the dies for this 4″x4″ card, only one of the outline stamps and two of the sentiment stamps.
Last Christmas post! This card features one of the stamps from The Stamping Village’s Holiday Seals stamps set, as well as Altenew’s Flowing Drops stencil. The Holiday Seals stamp set is a collaboration of 12 companies. It’s neat to see companies in the business banding together.

In my previous post I used this same Ruffled Flowers Stamp & Die Bundle from Altenew without the dies. For today’s card, I used the dies for the flower clusters on the front of the card and to create a pop-up on the inside of the card.
Even though we had fairly cold and rainy weather in Atlanta for a while, after New Year’s I was thinking of spring. I guess it does rain a lot in Spring. As soon as I saw the Ruffled Flowers Stamp & Die Bundle from Altenew, I knew I had to have it. I love these little flowers. The set has two flower clusters with outline stamps and two color layers for the flowers and two for the leaves. You can use the color layers or use your favorite coloring medium.
Happy New Year everyone! I hope you had a nice New Year’s eve and that you are looking forward to a wonderful 2019. I have not made new year’s resolutions in a while but I have a few this year. I am currently seeking a “resolution buddy” to make sure I stay on track :). Have you made any new year’s resolutions?
Every year my Monday tennis lesson group gives our tennis pro Charlie a little something for Christmas and I make a card to hold it. Charlie is the best pro ever. He is not only an awesome teacher but he is also very kind and patient. He seems to read whether we are having a good day or a bad one, so much so that I once told him that, if he ever decided to quit tennis, he could have a stellar career as a psychologist ;).
Here is the video I promised showing how to put together the card I posted November 14. For all the pictures, you can check out that post HERE. The card I made in the video is a little simpler. The number of die cuts is cut in half (no pun intended :)) because I didn’t back all the ornaments on the acetate. This means that you can see the back of the ornaments but they don’t look messy because I used a Xyron sticker machine to apply adhesive to the diecuts. The supply list is below the video. Thanks for stopping by!
