VIDEO-Altering Pattern Paper

IMG_2874

Do you have some pattern paper that you aren’t using because it’s a little plain?  Here’s an idea for you: revamp and glam up your paper by stamping on it and adding to the pattern.  The easiest way to do this is to stamp in the white spaces with a coordinating ink color.  If you want to add a little pizzazz, look to heat emboss with a metallic powder.  In the video, I give you simple examples and show you the finished cards I made with the embellished papers.  The cards are also shown below with the list of main supplies.  Many of the products are retiring at the end of the month so order quickly before they run out.  Some of them have been favorites of mine.  I hope you give this idea a try!

You can watch the video at YouTube HERE

This first card was created with paper that was stepped up by stamping small flowers in Versamark ink over the large flowers and heat embossing them with gold powder.
